tools: smartclip box, scard
cable: USB

solution:

download scout flashfiles in the support...

flash with SCOUT put the phone in bootloader mode..

after that unlock with smatclip via prepare phone

Why did u unlocked phone after flashed in scout

may be i think you flashed with locked fimrware

after flashing the phone it display enter subsidy code so i unlock the phone in smartclip box via prepare phone

i flash with the same version sir...
