V3i black screen keypad light only solved...
tools: smartclip box, scard
cable: USB solution: download scout flashfiles in the support... flash with SCOUT put the phone in bootloader mode..  after that unlock with smatclip via prepare phone  |

Why did u unlocked phone after flashed in scout
may be i think you flashed with locked fimrware
